Bush Memoir Tells Inspiration From Uganda and Tanzania!

So Bush mentions Tanzania and Uganda in his Memoir and all of sudden the whole of Africa is a buzz! He's got Africa's attention now! Though he only mentioned Kenya once in a footnote and not even an intsy bit of Sudan.Gosh this guy has such a good business mind, of course all the Ugandans and Tanzanians will want to know what he said about Tanzania and Uganda...I swear, Even I want to buy his book, anyway..lemme ruin it for you..
Doctor Peter Mugyenyi With Laura Bush
Bush notes that it was a Ugandan doctor, Peter Mugyenyi, who helped inspire him to launch a large-scale effort to extend the lives of Africans with Aids.Dr Mugyenyi was seated alongside First Lady Laura Bush when her husband announced in his 2003 State of the Union speech that he was initiating the president's emergency programme for Aids relief (Pepfar).Besides providing anti-retroviral drugs, Pepfar emphasised the ABC principles developed in Uganda with the aim of halting the spread of Aids: Abstain (from pre-marital sex); Be (faithful to your partner); use a Condom.
Remember in 2008, the whole President of America Buzz in Dar es Salaam, My gosh it was chaos.. I will never forget!..There were practically no Matejazz in Posta! We couldn't even stand around Royal Palm Movenpick without men in uniforms staring curiously...It was odd It tell you..ODD!!  It was the about the time when Bush visited the Amana District Hospital in Dar, which had opened in 2004 with support from Pepfar and was impressed by President Jakaya Kikwete who went through Aids blood test on live TV along with his wife, Salma, and by adopting an Aids orphan.
Bush then quotes Kikwete's reply to a reporter who asked whether Tanzanians were excited about Barack Obama's election,To which Mister President said For us,the most important thing is, let him be as good a friend of Africa as President Bush has been. Smart Mr.President real smart, though I woulda went for Oh hell yeah, Its about time  we had one of our own up there dude !
And he revealed a shocking truth too... (sorry if i ruined it for you, I just had to)
It was Condoleezza Rice, an African-American who later became secretary of state, who inspired me to make Africa "a serious part of my foreign policy," Wow! I just froze.
