The Japanese Are Really Efficient

Okay we all saw the Damage on Japanese Roads during the earthquake on TV of course...So what people are asking is, can they re-build in a year or less how long will it take back to spring back to normal daily life....But how fast they're reacting to fixing roads alone shows they might be back on track in a couple of months...
                                                                          After
Before
This 150-meter section of the Great Kanto Highway in Naka was absolutely obliterated, with massive chasms running right through the middle of the road. Work crews at the NEXCO road repair company sprang into action on March 17, After only six days of labor, the road is silky smooth and ready for travel.
Amazing.. Guys, this is what I call Efficiency... Quick Question..how long did it take us to build Sam Nujoma in Dar Es Salaam....? Mmhh..whats our excuse?
