Wikileaks reveals:Usher Beyonce and Mariah Carey Accepted 'Blood Money'

So the whole world was mad at these 3 performers for even agreeing to perform for the Qaddafi's..this went away for a while but  it seems it has come back to haunt these successful celebs...who dint think past the dollar signs

In 2009, Mariah Carey was paid $1 million by the Qaddafi family to sing four songs at a New Year’s Day bash on the island of St. Barts, according to American diplomatic cables which documented the family’s lavish lifestyle and was obtained by WikiLeaks.

A year ago, Beyonce and Usher were also hired to perform at another New Year’s celebration on the same island. What he world is asking how could these two public figures (even thought of as role models) agree to sing for to such a family of dictators...The ethics of the performances are murkier. It could be argued that by performing for the Qaddafi family and taking their money amounts to a de facto acceptance of their politics and actions – though it's probably a stretch to call them complicit.

Beyonce was said to be paid 2 million Dollars for her performance at a private party for Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi's son Mutasim-Billah... But...be honest..Would you turn down 2 million dollars or 1 million dollars.. ???
