Grooming Tanzanians for Competitive Market

Seeing Tanzania go where I know they have the potential of going…that’s what drives me.  This country is one of the richest on the planet.  But what we are sending out there is that we are third poorest.  But I can’t come to terms with that.  I know what we hold.

Just that statement right there got my standing ovation, when you travel and you see the richness of the country itself and how we use and benefit little of it can be quit a wake up call, it makes you want to do more, sometimes it makes me even passionately angry of how we little we use some of our own resources and how adamant we are to challenging our potential and channeling it for our good than others, how we leave gold and fight for sand..how we're not confident and supportive enough to produce and utilize what we produce, how we  opt for products we think are better because they were made elsewhere .... sighs..anyway
