Inhumane living, Bodies of 11 recently born children found dead

The Bodies Of 11 babies approximated to be about a day old have been found in Mwanyamala, Dar Es Salaam.  Sometimes I wonder how we humans can be so cruel. How do you even start taking a 1 day old baby to get rid of her/him. This is the world that we live in ?

it's still not known who did this, if found, I think they should wrapped up in  tin foil (while alive btw) and thrown somewhere in a jungle for a day as well.
