Africa's Got Talent!!

We have seen Arabs got talent, India's got talent, Britains Got talent, but today my friends I give to you, (Drumroll)Africa's Got Talent!...The downside is its for Africans in Europe and more Scandinavian States, I rili do wish It was in 'Africa' Would make much more sense but hey, what comes comes right.

We are writing to inform you of The Africa Got Talent (AGT), an upcoming event to showcase talented artists from Africa who live in the Scandinavia.
The Africa Got Talent (AGT), is a new initiative by the Ritz Society, an entertainment wing of Africa Monetary Fund, Stockholm. This event is intended to give African music Artists in Scandinavia a unique opportunity to show-case their talents in various music genres in front of a huge supportive audience and professional Judges who will decide on the winners.
The organisers will be grateful if this invitation is extended to artists from your country who are based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway or countries in the Baltic States.
Before the final event, a preliminary AGT competition will take place in Stockholm on Saturday, February 26th 2011(at a venue to be announced later). The top ten qualifiers will battle it out in the Baltic Sea (Silja Line Boat Cruise to Åbo) on April 15th 2011 at the finals. The AGT will be the first competition of its kind in Scandinavia.
The concept behind the AGT is based on pooling together interested Artists and providing a platform where participants can display their talents. After the event, the Ritz Society will produce a CD that will feature the best music compositions by the performing Artists and help distribute their music globally.
Interested Artists are requested to submit their applications through the Ritz Society’s website as soon as possible. Closing date for applications is February 20, 2011 at 12.00 sharp. Please send your application to perform at this event and show case you talent here www.ritzsociety.com
