Firstly, I have to admit, I didn't know WE had Little versions of Tiger Woods but I saw these headlines 'Tanzanian Golfers in Argentina' and was like what? If we you woke me up in the middle of night and told me about some Tanzanian Golfers Ningekubishia mpaka asubuhi but well I just got learned.Tanzania's golf duo Hawa Wanyeche and Madina Iddy went down by two over in their third day of competition in the World Amateur Team Championship in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
They failed to shrug off their second day from bottom place in the 52-team competing, according to Tanzania Ladies Golf Union (TLGU) president, Mbonile Burton.

Hawa was placed 150th out of 155 golfers lined up for the event's title and Madina, was placed 148th after returning 38 over after the end of the 54th hole.Madina’s 87 strokes she carded in Day Three was her worst score of the tournament. She returned eleven over par 83 on the tournament’s opening round at the water-hazard-dominated Buenos Aires Golf Club course, did not make much improvement after shooting 12 over 84.Hawa, slightly improved to card ten over par 82 at the end of Day Two played at the Olivos golf course. She returned eleven over on Friday.
Until the 54th hole, they penned a cumulative 510 to maintain their second from bottom spot.
They were twenty-five shots adrift from Turkey and 37 above bottom-placed Guam in the tournament lead by surprise package South Korea.
If you don't speak Golf the above might mean Gibberish to you, long story short Tanzania finished 51st overall after posting 674 total shots, 30 strokes below Turkey and 57 shots above the bottom-placed Guam.Individually, Madina Iddi and Hawa Wanyeche shared the 148th place out 155 golfers who took part in the 72-hole tournament. I think we need to put more effort in other sports other than Football, At least, These women I believe can do better.
Anyway Mexico Women Golf Association invited the Tanzanian golfers to participate in the sixth edition of Mexico Pairs Tournament slated for early next year in Mexico City!
