Don't you just hate it when you wear something and it makes you look chubby, shows ur arms, exaggerates your weight..,maybe you need a change in attire. I just hate when I'm wearing that super cool cut top and i look in the mirror and i look a a balloon! Here are some tips from Charla Krupp, who wrote "How to Never Look Fat Again." Her mantra is: "It's not you, it's your clothes."
The ingredients to her "never looking fat system" are: fabric, fit, styles and colors. High-fat clothes come in shiny metallic or sequin outfits in bright or neon colors that either fit too loose or too tight. Low-fat clothes come in darker hues of silk or cotton or wool gabardine and fit perfectly.
For instance..
A tight shirt with low-slung pants create a muffin top look for women who have extra back fat
Krupp suggests a larger T-shirt tucked into a high waist jeans and belt.
A short skirt with fraying threads and a horizontal hemline draws attention to wide hips and thighs
put on a pencil skirt de-emphasize the thighs . Black opaque tights(if desired) and high heels for a longer look
Puffy sleeves highlight flappy arms, especially when they're contrasting colors stretching across the wides part of the arm part of the arm
A long Billowy sleeves can hide fatty arms
