I really didnt know the politics of Donors, waiting till a certain number of people die to actually declare it a famine and start working on it seriously, the change it would make if action was taken since the beginning and warning signs were responded to.
This is the worst drought in 60 years...Every penny counts and every bit of it goes to good use, as Iman said 95% touches ground.. 5% goes to seeking more donors...dont forget to donate here
